Kim Rafferty

Kim runs the financial side of Integrity: accounting and controls, financial planning, treasury, and the client relationships that touch all three. She brings more than twenty years of financial management to a firm that sells its time and therefore has to account for it precisely.

For clients, Kim is often the reason a program stays predictable. Clear budgets, accurate invoices, and no surprises at the end of a quarter are not glamorous, and they are a large part of what separates a vendor from a partner. She sets the direction on all of it.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Her free time goes to family, ideally outdoors, in the sun, near a pool.
